Our Purpose

The constitution of this corporation shall be the objects and purposes thereof, which are as follows:

  1. To teach and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to impart spiritual gifts and cast out devils rendering total deliverance to
    the sheep of God.

  2. To Birth excellence in Kingdom Gifts, and Arts; to reach the lost through Jesus Christ, and to proclaim the victory by
    taking dominion of the Land acquired to our hand as flock of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

  3. To increase the wealth of the Kingdom through gifts, and talents, to provide proper training, and open doors to
    individuals seeking their place in the Kingdom.

  4. To ordain, license and otherwise qualify ministers to preach the Gospel and provide credentials for the same.

  5. To use the gifts and talents God placed in us at birth, to draw souls to the kingdom, and to propel the Kingdom forward.

  6. To provide an assistant living community to help homeless families recover from economic hardship.

  7. To develop employment opportunities by buying, renting, accepting gifts or otherwise to win, operate, maintain and use
    such real estate and personal and mixed property as shall be necessary for the maintenance, operation and carrying on the business of the ministry; and to lease, sub-rent, sell, assign, transfer, convey and otherwise dispose of said properties upon such terms and conditions and at such times as, in the opinion of the General Board, be advantageous to the interest of the ministry.

  8. To borrow money for the purpose of purchasing such real estate, personal and mixed property as, in the opinion of the General Board, may be necessary to properly and adequately carry on the object and purposes of the ministry’s business and undertakings, and to execute notes, deeds of trust, mortgages and other evidences of indebtedness, on behalf of the ministry.

  9. For clarification purposes in connection with organizational business affecting church-owned properties, the respective interests in properties, both real, personal and mixed, owned in whole or in part by Compel Church and any of its districts, shall be construed to be interests in fee simple.

  10. To maintain such relations with local, state, and federal governments as may be necessary for the successful accomplishments of the purposes of the organization and for the welfare of the churches, ministers and members thereof.

  11. To engage such employees as may be necessary to perform the duties involved in carrying on the ministry’s business.
