In a town of majority black residents, this community’s government is ran by a racist, egotistical, narcissistic, and bigot family. After many unsolved murders of innocent black residents; James Threat a citizen of the community makes a move to bring justice to the community. He urges citizens to get out and vote for change; he lays out a plan to decommission every police officer including the chief, to restructure the city’s policies making them suitable for all citizens and vows to insure equality will be the center of his time in office as the Mayor. None of this seems possible until the right citizen is killed at the hands of two wannabe cops playing vigilante in broad daylight and the police department and mayor try to hide the body, the evidence and the video of the incident.
